Im looking for a roommate lol. place is furnished and ill cover utilities and internet (google fiber 1 gigabit). I live by myself and am very respectful of peoples personal space. I practically live in my room so the living room is always open. Only thing about me is that i can be a little loud sometimes, but other than that i am very clean and keep to myself. I have an air fryer and a rice cooker that you can use as well. There is a washer and dryer but its in my room and you can use it at any time.
