Militant Faith adds +5 to Devotion to small passive skill nodes
for a small Attribute node (+10 to Str/Dex/Int), they are transformed into a +10 to Devotion node.
Notable passive skill node either get added +5 to Devotion or changes its mod completely. Most new notables require at least 150 Devotion for its effect to activate.
Characters are limited to 1 Historic jewel. All unique Timeless Jewel have the Historic mod.
